SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
The delivery time of the products will be between one to two weeks depending on how far the parcel has to travel. All products are dispatched from Brisbane. Please allow us between one to two working days, after payment was made, to post the item.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We provide free shipping in Australia. This however may vary for multiple items and based on where the parcel has to be posted to, for example, international postage.
If upon receiving your order you notice an error, notify us via email at email@example.com, referring nonconformity within a maximum period of (3) business days from receipt of the order.
You can make an exchange of product only once and this must be by size, in the same reference, within a maximum period of (8) days, the item must be in its original packaging, with labels placed, hygienic protector in perfect condition . Shipping costs will be borne by the customer for returning items.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE
The products that are on special/ sale/ promotion, that is all items that are discounted cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The garments have a warranty of (30) days on factory defects. Defects due to incorrect use or wear due to normal misuse (poor washing, broken, seam damage) will not be exchanged or refunded.
